Return & Refund
In order to keep our prices affordable for our Online dress designs we adapt to a standard return policy.
1. Standard size dress orders (as seen in photo) are eligible for refunds based on the following policy. Exchange for stock dresses in different size is possible, but you need to pay the shipping cost.
2. No returns accepted on Any dress which is ordered with custom measurements during the ordering process or any accessories with custom instructions. A custom product also includes changes to the color, size or dress design which has been altered in any form from the orginal dress photo.
3. The product must be returned in original packaging,free from smoke, alteration, stain, tear, fragrance, lint, hair free or a return will not be issued.
4. Any dress or accessory designs which are your own design, the product is not refundable.
5. If the product has a manufacturing default please provide us with a detailed explanation of the issue, with photos. Refunds are subject to inspection of the dress within 24 hours of receiving the dress.
6. Return shipping, handling, insurance, rush fees are not refundable.
7. While we advertise Free Shipping, this applies to standard shipping cost on standard weight of dress or $40. If your order contains additional weight, we cover the first portion of standard shipping fee in the amount of $40.00. Any additional delivery or duty fees are not covered in our shipping fee as it is difficult to estimate how much your product weight affects the overall shipping cost or if additional tax will be applied during shipping for customs. Though this is rare, this additional tax is based on weight and only costs between $5.00 to $30.00 Canadian Dollars.
8. Any returns without authorization will not be accepted. Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box, any returns without the ARN will not be refunded.
9. All returns must be received within 7 days after you receive the ARN. If we do not receive dress in 7 days, we will not refund any money.
10. No exchange to another size dress for any custom measurement dresses or accessories.
Please note: All of our products are handmade designs from templates, photos, and customer requested designs. While we do not carry designer labels, we can closely match and design a similar dress from a photo. Our skilled seamstresses work dilegently to provide almost exact replications of the photos designs. It is mandatory to provide uswith as much detail about your dress design you wish to have made to ensure the best replication of the gowns design. A high quality detailed photo would be needed and careful attention to measurements accurately taken would ensure the bestfit.
